Download the Justrite mobile app:

– Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Email to register

– You will be asked to provide some basic information.

– Once you have provided the required information click on SUBMIT to complete the registration process.

How do I change my account password??

To retrieve your account password please follow the simple steps below:

Would my account be deactivated if I don’t use it for a long time?

We miss you when you don’t visit, but we never deactivate your account unless you request it or for exceptional cases of customers with a very high order cancellation rate.

How do I complete my order?   

Answer:

Once you are done adding all your preferred items, simply click on your cart to proceed to check out page, fill out your pickup details and a valid phone number to reach you on and click on complete order. You will get a congratulatory order placed successfully prompt along with your order number and pick up timeline via your registered email.

How will I know if my order was placed successfully?     

Answer:

We’ll send you an email once your order has been confirmed. You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Justrite app
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Orders to view all successfully placed orders

How do I cancel an order?

Answer:

To cancel an order, select “Cancel” under Actions dropdown for the entire order.

 

Should you need to cancel an order, it is always a good practice to enter a reason that would be helpful for cancellation. Cancellation is possible only before your order is ready for pick up.

 

Note that you will not be charged for cancelled orders but might be blacklisted if it becomes continuous.

My order was prepaid, how will I get a refund?       

Answer:

If your order is prepaid, your refund will be process into your payment bank card/ bank account. It may take up to 3 – 5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

 

If you have used a voucher, the value will be added back to your voucher wallet within 24hours. The voucher code can be reused to purchase.

How do I know when order is ready for pick up?    

Answer:

You will be notified when your items are available for pick-up at your chosen store. We will also send you an OTP to be verified at the pickup point by our delivery associate.

How do I track my order history?            

Answer:

Go to “Orders” > “Manage Orders” > Click on “Completed”. There you will see your order history broken down by “Delivered”, “Canceled”, “failed”.

What is Justrite return timeline?              

Answer:

Justrite limited offers a 2-day return policy on all electronics and General merchandise only, However, THERE IS NO RETURNS on groceries, Fresh products, and toiletries.

Return policy?

Answer:

To ensure customer’s protection and satisfaction as well as to always improve sales, Justrite limited guarantees returns in the following cases:

 

·       The product is not the one ordered

·       The product is faulty

·       2 days period of withdrawal to the customer

 

The items can be returned only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

·       The product sent back is still in its original packaging

·       The product has not been used

·       There isn’t any missing part of the product

·       The customer has kept and sent back the invoice of the product

 

Note: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 48 to 72Hrs into your preferred refund method.

How do I return an order?

Answer:

To return a product please follow the simple steps below:

– Log in to your account on the Justrite app

– Click on My Account

– Click on Orders in the drop-down menu

– Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item

– Click on REQUEST A RETURN and select your return reason

– Provide more information in the box provided

– Select refund method (voucher, cash, or wallet) and SUBMIT

– Select your Drop-off store (same as pick up store)

– Then click on SUBMIT

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Answer:

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, a refrigerator returned for not powering-on will be tested extensively and if the claims are right, a refund will be processed, but if during the test, it powers-on, the item will be redelivered to you.

Do items come with warranty? 

Answer:

If a warranty is offered on a product, it will be displayed, and a warranty card will be handed over to you upon order pickup which can be presented at any authorized service center.

What is an invoice?

Answer:

An invoice is a document issued by Justrite limited that indicates the quantities and costs of the products purchased or to be delivered customer.

 

Question:

My payment was successfully processed but I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do now?

Answer:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Orders to see all order details/status

If your order comes up as Invalid, Unsuccessful or Cancelled we will automatically proceed with the refund to the same account used to make payment and update you by email once its initiated.
